Delphos is a former city in Ringgold County, Iowa, United States. Delphos is now a census-designated place (CDP). In 2017 the community of Delphos voted to disincorporate. This was approved by the Ringgold County Board of Supervisors in 2018.
The population was 26 at the 2020 census.
