- Dry conditions to continue to prevail across the region through
   this week, the only exception is a small chance on Thursday for
   portions of our eastern zones.
- Not much variation is expected with the highs and lows for the
   upcoming week.

I don`t know which is harder, having to write a discussion for a
very active weather period, or trying to come up with something to
write for a benign weather period. Either way, here we go. Things
are going to remain quiet through the upcoming week. There is a
weak disturbance that will move through on Thursday, bringing with
it a very low end chance for some convection across our far
eastern zones, but the remainder of the region will remain dry
throughout the week. As for temperatures, not much variation is
expected with them through the week. High temperatures will
generally range from around the mid 80s to the lower 90s
throughout the entire week and lows will be in the 60s each night.
I guess the more concerning thing about the forecast for this week
is the Ragweed Pollen that is in the air causing us all issues.

For the ArkLaTex terminals, FEW to SCT CU this afternoon with some
SCT high clouds overnight and early on Tuesday. VFR will persist for
much of this cycle, but brief daybreak BR may occur at a site or two
as our winds prevail E/NE around 5KT or less throughout this cycle.
Not much change this week, but the pattern may bring some showers by
Thursday for terminals along and E of I-49 and perhaps KLFK as well.
